Coaching Methodologies

There are two types of coaching methodologies (Developmental and Meta coaching) that Lu will use, and she will tailor those to suit your goals and what you want to achieve. These methodologies will be tailored and adapted specifically for you into the three pathways to success Coaching with Lu program.

Developmental coaching:

Developmental coaching is designed to help you understand how you think, feel and behave within different areas of your life. This style of coaching can help you grow, adapt and evolve by understanding and overcoming your internal blockers that may hold you back from enjoying and succeeding in life. 

Meta coaching:

Meta Coaching is a coaching methodology that focuses on the structure and process of the journey. Meta Coaching helps you to uncover your belief structures, your frame of mind, and why you may have formed the beliefs that you have. Meta Coaching is an advanced approach to coaching, allowing an individual to reach higher levels of consciousness than other more traditional techniques.

The Coaching Program

The Coaching program runs for 3 months and includes:

  •  6 x 60 minute online personal one-on-one coaching sessions in which:
  •  We will set and agree on specific outcomes to work on.
  • You will learn about yourself and your ways of being & thinking that are creating your current reality.
  • We will co-create action steps & new habits that you can practice and use to bring change, embodying what you learn in everyday challenges.
  • Each session we will check in on your progress on these practises and celebrate the changes as you make them!
  • Email support in between sessions
    This is important for your growth and putting your coaching practise in place.
