Qigong
Qigong is a gentle moving meditation that promotes mental, physical and spiritual health. It originated in China and has been around since 2500 B.C. Qigong takes the “five elements” (wood, fire, earth, metal and water) as different energies, the cycles of which affect our physical bodies. Taking on this practice can improve one’s posture, movement and breathing technique, resulting in exponents having greater focus and awareness in their day-to-day activities.
Qigong is undertaken in our 5 week Meditation program. In this program, we have the opportunity to connect to Mother Earth. This meditation program allows the body to flow seamlessly and experience increased levels of vitality.

Spring Forest Qigong
I am a Spring Forest Qigong Certified Practice Group Leader in which I have trained in the techniques of Spring Forest Qigong. With these techniques, I am honoured to lead the movements to the community.
Spring Forest Qigong is an integrated approach designed to help you heal on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. All are welcome to join, regardless of age and ability.
The simple yet powerful Spring Forest Qigong movements are created by the founder Grand Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin’s vision is to create “A healer in every home and a world without pain and suffering”. It brings me great joy to spread Master Lin’s vision to the community and world.

Choose to sit, stand or lie down
One of the great benefits of Spring Forest Qigong is you can do the practice seated, standing or lying down.
Honouring your body is important during the Spring Forest Qigong practice, you do the practice as comfortable as it is for you, at your own time and at your own pace.
